How to Request Books from Other Minerva Libraries

YCCC’s online library catalog, Minerva, has access to more than just the books, videos, and CDs in our own library.   Using Patron Requesting, you can make online requests for material at other libraries across the state.  This self-serve system will rapidly deliver books and other material directly to the YCCC Library for you to pick up.

Step 1:

Search by author, title, or keyword in YCCC’s catalog.  If you don’t find what you’re looking for, expand your search to include All Minerva Libraries.

Step 2:

When you find an available item that you like, click Request.

Step 3:

Enter your name and patron barcode from the back of your student ID or library card.  Choose your pickup location.

Please remember, if you are unable to request an item through the catalog, you can still request it through the YCCC Library by filling out an Interlibrary Loan Request Form.
