The YCCC Library strives to provide the same high-quality services to our online students that we provide to our on-campus students. We are happy to work with you on the phone or via e-mail. We can e-mail or fax you articles and even mail you library books.
If you have a research project and you're not finding what you need, let us help you! There are two professionally trained librarians on staff to assist you.

Ask a question! Whether you want an answer to a specific question or assistance with your research or bibliographies, contact the Library staff and we will be happy to help.
Borrow books, CD-ROMs, Videos, and Audios, from the YCCC collection:
- Search the Minerva library catalog
- Request the item from the YCCC Library, call, or email (Valid YCCC ID required)
- Books will be mailed to you for three (3) weeks; videos/CDs for five (5) days, postage paid and return postage included
Borrow books that are not in YCCC’s collection:
If YCCC does not have what you want, expand your search to include all Minerva libraries. When you find an item you want, you have two options:
1) fill out an Interlibrary Loan form and we will request the item for you.
or
2) request the item online. When you find an item you want, click the "Request" button. Fill in your name, patron barcode (from the back of your student ID), and a pick-up location nearest to you. The book will be sent automatically and we will notify you when it arrives.
If Minerva does not have what you want, click the "Search MaineCat" button to search the statewide library catalog and follow steps 1 or 2 above.
